How do I place an order?
You may place an order on-line or by phone at 800-816-8456. Customer service is available to assist you Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 4:30 PM PST.

What are my payment options?
Objects of Desire accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to California. Orders shipped outside of California are not charged sales tax.
Shipping Information

What shipping methods do you offer and what do they cost?
Objects of Desire orders are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS). At the time of checkout you will be able to view and select the level of service that suits your needs.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to enter a physical shipping address when entering your order.

I need my order right away. Can you RUSH it to me?
We ship most of our products within 3-5 business days (not including transit time to you). If you have a special event and need your order sooner, please call us at 800-816-8456. We will do our best to help you with your request. You may also need to expedite the shipping time of your order. Ask customer service for the proper level of transit service needed to make your event.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?
Yes. Once we have processed your order for shipping, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping information and a tracking number so that you may track your order in transit.
Returns, Order Changes, & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
Objects of Desire products are custom made for you and personalized items are not returnable for a refunded. Please make sure that you have checked over the initials and spellings before submitting your order.
If the product you ordered has not been personalized and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at objects@prodigy.net within 10 days from the receipt of your order to get a return authorization (RA) number. We will accept returns within 10 days from the date that a return authorization (RA) number is issued. Packages received after the 10 day return period will be sent back to the customer. Returns without authorization numbers will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued on any shipping or processing charges. Before issuing a refund, Objects pf Desire will deduct the cost of shipping incurred through our "Free shipping" offer. Please note that returns will only be accepted if products are returned in their original form and packaging. Objects of Desire reserves the right to decline any returns and exchanges that do not meet the conditions listed above.

What if I need to change my order?
We will be happy to change your order as long as it has not gone to production. Once it is in production we will not be able to make any adustments.

Objects of Desire products are made in the USA. We stand behind the quality of every one of our products and each item is evaluated for exceptional quality prior to shipping your order to you. From our seamstresses, embroiderers, detailers, packers, and shippers - each one will review your order item by item to ensure it is perfect. Because we make it here in the U.S.A. are sure you will appreciate the craftsmenship of each item. Note: variations in fabric color and finishes are to be expected due to the imported hand loomed fabrics we use. Slubs and nubs in our silk dupioni and linen fabrics are characteristic of the fabric and not to be considered flaws.

How did the company get started?
Objects of Desire grew out of a simple love for beautiful textiles, trims, and scents. Founded by Jill Owca in 1996, the collection started out in the home decor industry. High-end pillows, table textiles, and custom bedding were the focus of the business. Realizing that the look and feeling of these products were in demand in other categories, Jill decided to modify her products to meet those category needs. Taking the embellished pillow concept and using imported fabrics, trims, and botanicals, she created delightful collections of sachets, wine wraps & gift bags. Today, the line is a unique blend of personalized travel accessories, sachets, pillows, and special items that coordinate with one another.
